Frank's work was exceptional is helping me sell my sister's house before a deadline to settle her estate and NJ taxes. Frank represented me every step of the way which was a particular challenge for him since I live over 1100 miles away. He chased down many details that I don't think many agents would have done. He single handedly made a very difficult sale bearable survivable and many times helped us see the humor in things. Frank is the consummate professional always working always analyzing always looking for ways to get the deal done and do the best he can for his clients. He won't tell you what to do you have every right to make the decisions on how your house gets bought or sold. But if Frank provides recommendations take a few moments and consider them. Ask questions if you need to he is patient and he has no problem explaining why he is giving that recommendation. He's done this real estate thing a long time he's seen some things been through some things and he knows what he is doing. For us he went above and beyond to help in every way possible. And if you read the other reviews (which we did which is why we chose him out of ALLLLLLLL the other realtors in the area) you will start to see the class act you would be working with. If every realtor approached the process the way Frank does buying a home wouldn't fall into the top 5 most stressful things a human will go through. Seriously work with Frank. You won't regret it...Our experience was perfect! We have no complaints! Too bad we don't live in NJ or have friends/family there because we would tell them all about Frank! If he's ever in NC tho please let me know! We will gladly spread the word!
