I’ll be frank with you from the very start. I’ll be me.

With 15+ years in marketing and advertising, my knowledge of social media and online marketing puts you directly in the eyes of buyers. In a constantly evolving digital industry, combined with the ever-changing housing market, experience and exposure leads to results.

Sellers: exposure sells. Back in the day, there was a sign on the front lawn, an ad in a paper, and a prayer that someone would see it (including your agent!). Today, there are much better methods by way of social media and digital marketing that will not only gain exposure, but also generate interest from buyers. And that interest might as well be a paved path right to your front door.

Buyers: If you’re looking for a minimum of three bedrooms and two baths, I’m not going to show you a shoebox studio apartment, label it a “must buy” and praise it for its city views. Right from the start we’ll sit down and build your wish-list. We’ll work together on hitting those check-list items and finding you the perfect place to call home.
